Diy Spa Day At Home

By | February 7, 2025

Diy Spa Day At Home – I experienced my first official ‘space sun’ two years ago. Of course, I’ve read the occasional massage and facial massage and now the facialist scolds me for not doing more facials, but a day dedicated to the ‘spa’ is not which I could afford years ago. there is very little time for this (I mean, who does?). Lucky for me, I partnered with Culligan Water this year to talk about the health and beauty benefits of soft and filtered water. So, happily, I talk about water while hosting my team. It’s a connection that I’m very happy with as we use water every day and it’s something that I’m very happy about.

So gather your friends, dip your toes in the spa water and apply those cucumbers to your eyes. In fact, research has shown that cucumbers on the eyes block your vision by 100%, which means it’s bad for seeing anything…except the insides of cucumbers. You have some beautiful photos and a video to watch here. SIT DOWN, TAKE A PHONE, KEEP YOUR STUFF, AND KEEP YOUR STUFF – and if you find note-taking fun, do it again, because we’ve got a huge supply of great ideas for you to try. 🙂

Diy Spa Day At Home

There are many key elements to managing an at-home space and I wanted to combine them all to create the perfect oasis. I think one of the reasons I never went on a “spa day” until last year is that part of the experience is being in a beautiful place, and the most beautiful spaces and places are usually the very expensive. So making the patio a private and relaxing space is key to my team’s relaxation. Yes, during business hours, but I wanted them to be available off the clock (no emails allowed).

Ah. America’s patio. Now, it goes without saying that having a patio isn’t necessary for creating a relaxing space at home. You can use it in your living room or your yard – in fact, wherever you are (as long as it’s cool enough). Set up a chair (beach chairs will work) and a few bottles of Listerine water and some flowers. If you’ve done that sentence a few times, you probably haven’t been on Pinterest in the last year. More on that in the next post, but yes, Listerine + softener water (by Culligan Water, DUH) is our version of ‘face feet’. Of course, you can use sanders and scrubs to smooth out your tired fingers, or you can do this (#keepingitsimple).

I dressed us all in matching clothes, like in the shower. Or religion. But the most important thing is that these dresses are flattering and flattering that we all use every day (I’m not just saying, I’M SAYING – they’re comfortable and easy to wear).

Each of the chairs got their own foot bags which we filled with ‘Pinterest-famous’ Listerine foot lotion. It promises to leave your feet fresh and soft as a baby. I want to have baby feet, baby. We used a clear color of Listerine and clear water (but more on that next week, because there is a whole post planned to guide you through each DIY and how it all comes together – the ingredients and the ingredients to recreate everything). But for now, the relaxation must continue…shhh. Internal voices only please – the EHD team is busy making it easy.

Also, that’s pretty much all of my feet you’ll see on the internet for the rest of my life so if ‘Emily Henderson’s Foot’ is something you Google a lot, then look it up because THIS IS IT FOR THE FEET.

A trip to the spa usually means a fruit juicer or herbal tea that’s super-chilled to cool you down and keep you cool while you enjoy the treats. I wanted to do it at home but with some flavor, because no one can relax in the bath like me. To keep us all hydrated (and hydrated) throughout the day, I’ve pulled together three different smoothies that are not only delicious, but healthy and super easy to make.

Making your own sparkling water with fresh cut fruit and herbs is a really quick and easy way to kick your water up a notch (not to mention having guests – or a group in my case – they are completely extinguished as they drift into relaxation mode). Let’s talk about this delicious juice for a moment and why I’m excited to be working with Culligan this year.

When we first moved into our home, I was concerned about not only keeping our bare brass appliances looking good (more here) but also having clean water for my family and I to drink. If you know me, you know I’m the type of person who enjoys a cold glass of water every now and then. My team can prove this. So when we started researching filtration and cooling systems, because of your ideas, I found Culligan water.

We installed Culligan’s Water Softening and Reverse Osmosis System in our home, and I can say that I am very happy with it, BECAUSE OF THE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, I mean I love it system before you reach out to collaborate. . I bought it because we wanted it, and the link arrived six months later.

Cheap & Easy At Home Spa Hacks

A Reverse Osmosis system sits under your sink and directly filters the water you drink from your tap, meaning it’s better quality and tastes better. If you want a water cooler (no pun intended),  refer to my first post where I talked about the taste of this water. Instead, my crew and I enjoyed that sparkling water all day knowing that what we were drinking was the best water we could get from the tap.

Now, for a whole home system, that’s a unit (about half the size of an old hot water tank) that’s installed in the garage, basement, or utility room. All water from the well is softened and distributed through your pipes when it enters the system. You can have a handyman come and fill the tank with the salt (depending on the level of hardness of your water) needed to soften the water, or you can do it yourself. Once the system is installed, most contaminants will be removed from the water coming out of all your faucets.

It is a system and a product that you may not think about every day when you do its job, but it is something that helps you to have a better life and a healthier home every time you use it. your water

The day before our spa day, I made a simple and nourishing yogurt face mask to soften the skin (only two ingredients – Greek yogurt and vitamins). Lauren Conrad recommended it, and if it’s good for her, it’s good for my crew. If you can get over the fact that you’re slapping yogurt on your face and relax while it’s on, your skin will be super soft and moisturized afterward – it’s like a snack good mid-spa if you get hungry while relaxing outside. (laughter…sort of).

Diy Spa Day Ideas

As we let our face masks work their magic, getting closer to “baby-soft skin”, we take responsibility and relax together outside in the sun (a little vitamin D is additional budget for patio-turned-storied-house).

It’s a little gritty but the texture and ingredients help clear away blackheads and dead skin cells completely, leaving you 10 years younger and 35 pounds thinner (not if that part is true). But let’s talk about carbon for a second. Last night I realized I had carbon in my face, my bar soap had carbon, my smoothie had carbon in it, and I was taking carbon pills for digestion. Are fresh sun-dried tomatoes organic? It’s a heavy hit at the moment, but I really love what it does for my skin. While I love our DIY mask, if you’re willing to splurge I recommend buying the Dermalogica charcoal mask – I noticed an immediate change in my skin when I started using it. The pills and the soap I’m not sure about but I’m telling you, put a fire extinguisher on your dead skin and POOF it’s healed. Stay tuned for our eye candy recipe next week – all ingredients are from the grocery store.

Finally, I also made a homemade rose water spray to spray us with during the day – because nothing makes you feel better than energy.
